A dry wine made of 3 grape varieties (Riesling, Pinot Gris, Sylvaner) from« Frauenberg », locality situated in our Grand Cru Frankstein (not-claimed because of Sylvaner…). This original cuvée is raised on fine lees (partly in demi-muid) for 9 months with no added sulphite (natural wine). This wine is ideal as an aperitif, and during a meal where the use of dry white wine is a must, with the most various dishes ( white meats, fishes, cheeses, salads, charcuterie…).
