Pinot Noir Harmonie 2018
A red ruby wine, with a supple structure and typical red flesh fruits aromas such as cherry. The final is fruity and lingering. This Pinot Noir unveils its originality when it is matched with red meats, charcuterie, bushmeats, roasts, grilled meats and of course cheeses and tomato-based dishes (Osso Bucco, spaghetti bolognese…).
Pinot Noir Quintessence 2015
Dark coloured with purplish highlights testifying of a beautiful ripeness. It reveals black fruits and spices aromas that develop on the palate in a majestic manner around grilled and lightly toasted flavours. Its structure is rich and tannic, with an incredible length on the finish. Floral nose opening after a few moments towards rose petals notes. The attack is powerful and round, revealing beatiful exotic shades. Its finish is long-lasting with a roundness and an fatness that leaves an affirmed sensuality on the palate. This Pinot Noir will go perfectly with red meats, bushmeats, roasts, grilled meats, and of course with cheeses. It will also amaze you with dark chocolate. 90 points – Wine enthusiast
Pinot Noir “F” 2016
A complex Pinot Noir smooth and mineral, that comes from an old vine located on the granitic hills of Grand Cru Frankstein in Dambach-la-Ville. This cuvée is raised on fine lees for 12 months in demi-muids, which brings it a perfect balance between the fruity flavour, the structure and the roasting. An exceptional wine with an Alsatian-Burgundian style. This Pinot Noir is ideal on a Tournedos Rossini, a filet of pork with mustard and mushrooms, Rib of beef with herb butter, a sauté of veal Marengo but also a loin of braised pork, a roast duck with cabbage. 92 points – Wine enthusiast
