Originating from localities or Grands Crus, these wines represent their terroir in the most beautiful way. Powerful, complex, structured and balanced wines.
A dry wine made of 3 grape varieties (Riesling, Pinot Gris, Sylvaner) from« Frauenberg », locality situated in our Grand Cru Frankstein (not-claimed because of Sylvaner…). This original cuvée is raised on fine lees (partly in demi-muid) for 9 months with no added sulphite (natural wine). This wine is ideal as an aperitif, and during a meal where the use of dry white wine is a must, with the most various dishes ( white meats, fishes, cheeses, salads, charcuterie…).
Riesling lieu-dit Victoriasberg
A dry Riesling that comes from a locality known for its finesse and minerality (granite) in Dieffenthal area. A first edition for a Riesling whose future is mapped out in the steps of the greatest. A Riesling that will accompany perfectly the raw fish (Sushi / Sashimi), a Rooster with Riesling, a Chicken Curry, a Sauerkraut with fish, a Grapefruit with Saint-Jacques or an Almond Trout.
Riesling Grand Cru FRANKSTEIN
Dry and mineral with a beautiful delicacy around citrus notes ending on a touch of palatability typical of the terroir. Riesling, that is a perfect match with the most delicate dishes, has no equivalent when combined with fishes, shellfishes, seafood and of course sauerkraut.
Pinot Gris Grand Cru FRANKSTEIN
semi-dry and complex on expressive notes of ripe fruits, underbrush, sweet almond and spices combined to a good minerality. It is the ideal match for fois gras, as an aperitif or with smoked fishes, cheese (such as comté) or fruit-based dessert.
