Crémant d’Alsace Brut Nature
This Brut Nature white crémant is made of Pinot Blanc, Auxerrois and Riesling with no added liqueur d’expédition, which brings it a good freshness and finesse.
Crémant d’Alsace Extra Brut
The extra-brut Crémant is matured in bottles on the lees for 24 month, which gives it its fruitiness, complexity and delicacy (made with Pinot Blanc, Auxerrois and Riesling).
Crémant d’Alsace Quintessence
Its maturation, 24 months in 500L barrels followed by 24 months on the lees, makes a vinous crémant, slightly woody, with a complex and long-lasting smoothness of its bubbles. Do not hesitate to serve decantered, especially with fishes. The Crémant d’Alsace is ideal at aperitif, on its own or with appetizers. Combined to seafood, salmon, shellfishes, it will have an outstanding brightness. Harmoniously fitting with most desserts it will always majestuously top a meal off.
