Crémant d’Alsace Quintessence 2020

Its aging 24 months in 500L barrels, followed by 24 months on the lees we offer a vinous crémant, slightly woody, accompanied by a complex and persistent bubbles delicacy. It shines at the table, especially with seafood, salmon, shellfish. Do not hesitate to serve it carrafé, especially with fish on a fillet of cod.
