A red ruby wine, with a supple structure and typical red flesh fruits aromas such as cherry. The final is fruity and lingering. This Pinot Noir unveils its originality when it is matched with red meats, charcuterie, bushmeats, roasts, grilled meats and of course cheeses and tomato-based dishes (Osso Bucco, spaghetti bolognese…).
