At the winegrower’s table

The special edition from the guide Hachette vins that puts you at the heart of our family history

Almost a year ago, culinary blogger Anne Reverdy-Demay visited us with the intention of transcribing our family history and all this in the context of a special edition of the Guide Hachette Vins. “At the table at the winemaker’s”, it is a travel and gastronomy notebook that presents 30 French wine estates and two of their flagship wines.

These few pages where tradition, conviviality, nostalgia and modernity blend together are today the symbol of a family estate where generations pass by bringing their own stone to the building.

Dive into the heart of this story and as the holidays approach, discover two recipes that will obviously be accompanied by a Riesling Grand Cru Frankstein and Pinot Noir Quintessence!

Have a good reading and see you soon
